Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to accommodate our global clientele (excluding Asia and select remote regions):
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note for International Customers: Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our standards of hygiene and quality, the following items cannot be returned:
- Baby One Pieces (due to hygiene regulations)
- Sleepwear (for health and safety reasons)
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery.
- Receive Authorization: We will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Securely: Include all original packaging, tags, and a copy of your invoice.

Exchange Policy
We gladly offer exchanges for size or color within 15 days of delivery, subject to availability:
- Return shipping is at customer’s expense
- We cover shipping costs for the replacement item
- Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
Important Notes:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- A restocking fee of 10% may apply to opened boxes of luxury footwear
- For international returns, mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
Refund Information
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund
- For exchanges, your new item will ship within 2 business days of return approval
