Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply to opened boxes of luxury footwear
  • Final sale items cannot be returned (see exceptions below)

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our standards of hygiene and quality, the following cannot be returned:

  • Baby One Pieces (due to hygiene regulations)
  • Sleepwear (for health and safety reasons)
  • Personalized or monogrammed items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Exchange Policy

We gladly offer exchanges for size or color within 15 days of delivery, subject to availability. For exchanges:

  • Return shipping is at customer’s expense
  • We cover shipping costs for the replacement item
  • Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly

The Return Process

  2. Receive Authorization: We will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  3. Package Securely: Include all original packaging, tags, and a copy of your invoice

  5. Inspection: Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return

Refund Information

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • For exchanges, your new item will ship within 2 business days of return approval
